1. GENERAL INFORMATION

The purpose of this document is to regulate the TERMS or GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT of the on-line reservation services of DOBO HOMES SL WITH CIF B87740007, and with registered office at Calle Toledo 28, 28005 Madrid. The use of these services will imply the full and unreserved acceptance, and validity, of each and every one of the General Terms and / or Conditions contained in the latest updated version of these Terms and / or General Conditions.

1. USE OF BOOKING SERVICES.

Reservation: The purpose of the Reservation services is to book a room at the Marco Polo Residence Hostal Boutique located in Toledo.

Contracting procedure: Any reservation is confirmed by the payment of the same at the time of its realization. When using the service, the user will receive an email that will include the information that their purchase order is in the process of confirmation.

Guarantee: As long as the reservation has been made and the payment of the stay has been made correctly, said reservation is confirmed and guaranteed from that moment.

Resolution of the contract or cancellation of the reservation: The cancellation of reservations by the user will not entail early cancellation fees, as long as it is made up to 7 days before the time of arrival, that is, until 14:00 on the day before the reserved date. After this threshold, the cancellation costs will be charged as compensation, which will amount to the amount of the total reservation (VAT and taxes included). If, on the other hand, you contract a non-refundable rate, if you cancel, the total amount of the reservation will be charged at any time. To cancel a reservation it will be essential to send an email to info@marcopoloresidence.com requesting the cancellation.

Check-in and check-out: Check-in must always be done from 16:00 on the booked day. There is no time limit for entry to the hostel. On the other hand, check-out is until 12.

To modify a reservation it will be essential to send an email to info@marcopoloresidence.com requesting such modification.

Animals: It is totally forbidden for animals to stay in any of the rooms of the establishment.

Prices: Prices are only valid for the period indicated therein. When there are justifiable reasons, Marco Polo Residence Hostal Boutique reserves the right to modify these rates without prior notice. The prices related to the reservation will be indicated to you during the booking process (VAT included).

The user undertakes to use the services in accordance with the Law, morality, good customs and public order, as well as with the provisions of these General Terms and / or Conditions of Contract. Consequently, it is obliged not to use the services, for purposes or effects that are illicit and/or contrary to the provisions of these General Terms and/ or Conditions of Contract, harmful to the rights and/or interests of third parties or that, in any way, may damage the services and/or their image.

III. CORRECT USE OF THE CONTENTS OF THE WEB SITE BY THE USER.

1. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION.

These General Terms and/or Conditions of Contract are governed by Spanish Law. Marco Polo Residence Hostal Boutique and the users, for the resolution of any controversy that may arise, with respect to its validity, execution, compliance or resolution, total or partial, submit, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction or any other that, where appropriate, may correspond to them, to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Toledo capital. This contract constitutes the complete and complete expression of the agreement between Marco Polo Residence Hostal Boutique and the user, and replaces all previous agreements, commitments, statements or agreements, both written and oral, that have previously existed between them.
